Description
It would be nice to be able to drive the checker/repairer from the command line. Maybe a 'tahoe check VPATH' command.

The 'tahoe check' and 'tahoe deep-check' commands now provide basic check/repair functions from the CLI. The output is not very pretty (most modes just dump raw JSON), but it's a start.
I'll open a separate ticket (#544) for the make-it-prettier enhancement.
