Description

I have a verify-cap of a file. I would like to check the health of that file. The checker object accepts verify-caps, but the wui and cli require read-caps for the "check" command.

If I recall correctly it is actually just a shallow user interface issue -- the underlying machinery will work if you pass it a verify cap but the UI frontends incorrectly require a readcap. If that recollection of mine is true then we should add the tag "easy" to [this ticket].

Duplicate of #568 (actually that ticket is slightly more general, since it includes repairing immutable files using a verify cap).
