docs/codemap.txt is out-of-date

source:docs/codemap.txt has a few errors and omissions, e.g.:

• src/allmydata/Crypto/* no longer exists
• dirnode2.py is now dirnode.py
• storageserver.py is now storage/server.py
• many new files and directories are not documented.

I have a patch that removes codemap.txt. I thought I had already committed that patch, but apparently not. If someone else wants to adopt codemap.txt then say so on this ticket. Else, I'll commit that patch next time I stub my toe on it.

um, docs/codemap.txt isn't present in trunk. I'm not sure exactly when it was removed, but my local tree doesn't have it, nor does Trac have it (source:docs/codemap.txt is a 404).

Hmm, I thought I was looking at a reasonably recent checkout, but obviously not recent enough.

It was removed by 95296e01a3a9df26, which I figured out by looking at ​http://allmydata.org/trac/tahoe/log/ and searching in text for "codemap.txt".
