Description
It is possible, but not trivial, to use the zfec setup.py in a nice stow-and-brian-friendly way. (The tahoe GNUmakefile does so.)
This ticket is to make it easy for everyone else who uses zfec setup.py to get the same behavior.
The only open question is how the user indicates whether they prefer the eggy behavior or the stowy/debiany behavior.
