    33pkgsrc has a focus on both source and binary packages.  The primary mechanism is a way to build a package including all dependencies from source, but binary packages for various OS/version/architecture combinations are provided.

    5 tahoe-lafs can be found in filesystems/tahoe-lafs.  It was added in summer 2010, so binary packages from the 2010Q3 stable branch should begin appearing during October, 2010.
