While you're choosing how to spell it on the command-line, please be aware of the issue that users sometimes think "Report a Bug" (as it is spelled on the WUI currently) will contact the developers, or contact the operator of your storage server, or something. Instead, it just writes an incident report file to your local disk (see #1706). Unless your tahoe-lafs process is sending all of its incidents to a log gatherer, in which case this one will be sent, too.
So, it isn't clear to me what it should be called on the command-line. I think maybe something like "--generate-incident-report" is probably best.
