Description
In the Video by Taylor https://leastauthority.com/blog/least_authority_releases_s4+_as_part_of_reset_the_net.html
At 1:11 Taylor uses $Tahoe put public-key.asc instead of using Backup.
Why, isn't backup the entire point of Least Authority S4.

He did show how to use backup using the GUI/WUI but not at command, I'd like to see this at command too.
