Description
This shows a dialog with the message
You can't open the application "tahoe.app" because it may be damaged or incomplete.
This is cosmetic (the 'tahoe' command works correctly), but we should probably fix it to give a nicer message.

We should add an AppleScript that uses display alert to show an alert box.

Someone who has a Mac, please write a one-liner AppleScript? as above, save it as an application, and attach an archive of the app bundle here so we can copy it (including the necessary boilerplate files such as Info.plist) into the Tahoe-LAFS source tree.
