Description
Following the output of https://tahoe-lafs.org/trac/tahoe-lafs/ticket/3724, I would recommend looking into trademarking the logo and the brand in order to protect it from misuse.
The process is a bit long and requires monetary expenses (afaik), but I believe we can somehow find a way to go through with it.
