Description
It seems that in setup.py based releases, we pointed at the GPL license (only) in metadata, with a comment indicating the TGPPL option.
With pyproject.toml-based releases (e.g. https://github.com/tahoe-lafs/tahoe-lafs/pull/1395 ) it is possible to point at multiple license files.
Do we actually want to do this? Perhaps a survey of past releases is in order before deciding.
