Description

We've just removed support for Python 3.8 in #4131, but CodingStandards#Compatibility still claims compatibility with Python 2.7.

Although I have the permissions to edit this page, I'm uncertain about the version we do support today: just 3.9?

yes, 3.8 is EOL
